Okay, so I'm doing X for the first time soon. From what I've read, I should a) Eat a bunch of fruit before dropping to get up my vitamin levels. b) Make pauses while dancing and raving. c) Drink a normal-size bottle of water every hour. Anything else I should remember or general advice?
just let it take over and have a fuckin blast! the fruit deal, that's just unproven hype/myth same with taking vitaminC and psychedelics, no one knows for sure if it helps...I'd say 1) take it on a relatively empty stomach 2) be with people you really trust and are your real friends 3) do whatever the fuck sounds fun, that's the greatest thing about E you can have a good time sitting on a couch or a good time walking for miles and miles and miles, as for the water, unless you're doing some serious hardcore non-stop dancing/physical activity the water thing really isn't a huge deal...drink when you're thirsty and if you don't get thirsty, drink a regular size glass of water every hour, you'll be more than fine
ABOUT EATING RIGHT BEFORE YOU ROLL: Eat right everyday, this includes vegetables fruits, fibers, whole grains, complete proteins and excercise. preferably 3 meals a day, or 6 small meals spread out through your day. The reason eating right and sleeping right is good before you roll is because, when you take ecstasy, it puts alot of strain on your body, and depletes you of some nutrients that you have naturally stored in your system. This, combined with dancing all night is putting a heavy load on your body. Do your body good and eat right everyday though. Especially the day before and the day of, and the day after you stay up all night dancing on drugs. BTW, eating a bunch of fruit doesnt mean that you are eating healthy, or that you got the right proportion of vitamins. God damn, you guys over-plan your shit lol. just neck the damn pills and carry on! It's probably better for you to have something in your stomach but it's not gonna kill you, just make sure youve eaten something that day
Drink a normal-size bottle of water every hour don't do that thats too much water...prob make you sick and if your drinking that much water over the whole night you are in danger of flooding yourself...which is very bad news... just have a drink of water when you feel like it. Make sure you stay hydrated but don't over do the water.
if you smoke make sure you have plenty of ciggies, and a nice amount of weed for the comedown is always good
