Hi friends. This will be my first time growing shrooms. I was gifted a couple of syringes, one golden teacher and one penis envy. They were from 3/2022 and I don't really know how they were stored before I received them. The penis envy only grew some weird cotton looking clump in the middle of the spawn bad then did nothing else so I tossed it. The golden teacher looks to be doing it's thing. Any growers in here that can tell me if this looks good or not. Every thing I've looked at online points to yes it's looking good. Peace friends.
Well that is interesting - I know nothing about growing shrooms. But I sure loved picking them in the cow pastures and having a blast when younger.
It looks like tempeh. I assume the mycelium are doing well in top photo. What kind of medium is that?
I'm assuming it's coir+vermiculite+gypsum+AZOMITE substrate. It was a kit that came with the spores I was gifted. Thanks for stopping by
