I'm getting my first glass pipe on Thursday. I'm 17. So, I'm asking my friend to go with me in case they start acting wierd. That way she can just say she is buying it and I can just pay her back later. I'm not really worried about that though-the place is a pretty lax place. Anyways, I'm in the market for a spoon and was wondering if there are any things I should stay away from or try to get?
congrats!! hope it works out for you....just dont act weird and they wont question it. i don't have any serious advice for you...you will pretty much know your pipe when you see it. Make sure when you blow into it air comes out the top. only a really shitty pipe wouldnt do that, but just make sure you are not buying crap. Just see what looks like high quality, ya know? you want your pipe to last for a long time.
I just got it. I love it. I has a big fat bowl. It's this milky clear glass, with orange and blue spirals around it. It's supa' nice. So we go to headshop to buy the thing, and I'm looking around. (They had a rather poor selection) When I pick the one I like, I tell my friend and she says that she's buying it to the lady. The lady asks her for her i.d. and my friend realizes that she completely forgot it. So she tried to work it out by showing the lady her student id card for college, and her credit card. Didn't work. So she had to go back and bring it to me later. I'm glad i finally have a smoking instrument of my own now. Especially since I can't buy paper, so now I can depend on myself and no one else now.
