Check out this awesome bubbler, it's my first piece, and I paid 40$ for it

I had no clue if I needed them or not, I just asked if I should get some screens, and she said she would give me a pack free, since the hole was a little big.

Brass screens have smaller holes, and are easier to work with in my experience. You went with the right choice, especially for a glass pipe. A silver one would've been a MASSIVE pain in the ass until the resin welded it in there.

Glass screens? I could imagine that wouldn't take much to break and inhale tiny little shards of glass.

I'm not too used to how much a pipe would cost, although I'm sure I could find some other bubbler for less online.

 

40 is fine. I paid 45 for mine.

Okay for screens I basically know my shit...

the brass screens are super easy to keep in the pipe without using much resin, but they burn really easily. Holes end up being burnt through it very quickly, and I don't really like the idea of potentially smoking brass.

I always stick with the steel ones. They're more rigid and harder to keep stuck in the bowl unless you rez it up really good beforehand, but they last a LOT longer and they're generally the same price.

With glass ones, they WILL shatter. I've shattered one by picking it up. You're constantly flash-heating glass then flash-cooling it. Of course it will break. Glass is of the LEAST value to me because it costs $1 for a pack of steel screens which would last me probably a year. It also costs $1 for a single glass screen which would last me 3 days if I'm lucky.

Also, nice pipe. That looks like some decent bud, too!

 

You can use little pebbles for screens. Thats what ive always done

Just dont get them from or near any water, those are the ones that'll pop on you
