I just got back from a walk in my barefeet... it felt so nice. My feet haven't had that in a few months, so it felt so fantastic to be able to enjoy a midnight stroll with my feet being free! yea!

i'm hoping to toughen them up a bit soon so that i can enjoy all of spring with barefeet!

*shrugs* just felt the need to share

Glad you did! :) Being barefoot is a great feeling. The contrast between being barefoot and being shod is intense. I 100% prefer being barefoot, no question.

Way to go Lyla! Barefeet is better than shoes no matter what the calendar says.

    Enjoy barefooting.

Good for you! I was barefoot the first day of the year in a rock club (long story). Saw the first person of the year walking barefoot on Ventura Blvd. in the L.A. Valley. Good news!

I'm very much in agreement with you... it's been really wet here, and my shoes take a day and a half to dry! Feet just need a towel :)

plus I don't put puddles on my feet everytime i need to go for a walk

What part of Canada do you live in? I'm in Vancouver.
Where are your favorite places to go barefoot in your part of town?

I'm in Victoria, but I spend a lot of time in Surrey too... the walk was in Victoria, and it was just in the residential neighbourhood near UVic that I find myself living in.

Funny that you mention Surrey, since I grew up there from about the time I was 13.
I went to Queen Elizabeth High School.

Sorry to take so long to answer your post. I didn't take drama at QE, but I was in almost every band/music class there.

I'm not in Surrey anymore, but I used to see barefooters fairly frequently around there.

OR... they can be nitpicky, perfectionist "type A" people who MUST have things a particular way or they freak out...
