You know another thing that can make healthy food better and make you want to eat it is presentation. The way you serve it and what spices you add. Sometimes just the texture is important, I've noticed. Like one of the vegetables is shredded, sliced or diced, or some combination of the three.

I was looing up fines herbes on Amazon and Ebay. It's still a little expensive. But you know I already have all the above spices. Just chervil, I don't have. I have couple of simple soup and other dishes that are often served in French cuisine. I think I'll buy that next time I am at the store. I've also been adding garlic and a dash of cayenne pepper to the stuff I make. I think I'll try this too perhaps.

Yes fine herbs are great in lots of dishes. Try it with omelettes, on chicken. It does well with a white wine sauce.

Don't confuse fine herbs with herbs de Provence, a very different mix.
