finding magic mushrooms

has anyone here ever even found any magic mushrooms in the wild? People always talk about it and stuff, but i have never talked to someone who has actually found some...

 

haha i prolly wouldnt try it unless i really knew what to look for. lots of shrooms are poisonous. i dont kno about u but id prolly fuck it up and end up dead or sumthing.

 

I've went looking a few times, but never found anything psychedelic. There's not many psychedelic species around me. I have found plenty of interesting poisonous and edible mushrooms, though. I find a lot of huge, cool-looking Oysters.

 

You can grow your own, you just need to buy the spores online (legal and easy), and grow your own. But if your in high school (me), it may be a little hard, but you can still do it if you can hide the grow operation (under a bed thats only open on one side, lockable desk drawer etc)

 

I might try that or wait till i move out.. I dont know about buying it online, wont i need a credit card?

But i wouldnt ever try to look for them. there is no way i could actually pull that off, most of the really poisonous deadly shrooms like really similar to the psychedelic, so i would totally wake up dead or something lol

Well if you know an adult who lives by themself (adult dealer), pay them the money that the spores cost and they can pay with they're credit card, and if they are apprehensive about doing it pay them an extra 20 bucks. What im doing is my friend who has really cool parents are ordering them and im just paying them back. The good thing about growing is that you will get over a couple ounces a month and you can sell the rest you dont trip on (just dont be greedy and sell for 35 bucks an eigth)

 

Couple ounces a month? Not quite yet, man. You sound like you're first starting out. In all honesty, you will probably get little, if any, yield your first time. It's a good thing, though, cause you'll learn how to fix your mistakes.

Mycology is a lot of fun, but it takes patience, and not just while you wait on colonization.

Spores101.com or sporeworks.com. Don't order from sporebank.com, they're a known scam.

Any Shroomery vendor would be good, too.

 

I know that the spores are legal (i live in canada anyways), but is there a chance that the cops then would knock on the door to my friends house who im ordering from, and ask them why they ordered the spores etc.

 

And what strains would be good for a beginner (im looking for very potent and a high amount of shrooms)?

 

I would not think so. They will be shippied in a normal package with no real indication of what it is. And even if somehow a cop would find out, it is not illegal to have spores, so they could not do anything.
Just don't give any indication you even knew you could eat them.

 

But like if they get searched at customs, the custom officers probably wouldnt know spores are legal, they might call the cops, and even if the cops dont arrest my friends parents, i would MUCH rather avoid that whole situation. But since they will get shipped in spore syringes, wouldnt the customs people think its a drug in there, then they would definitely send cops to my friends house

 

Since im buying an ounce of mushies on monday (yummy ), i heard that when you buy shrooms in bags, the spores fall to the bottom, so would it be worth it at all to take the spores out of the bottom of the bag and try to inoculate just one sterilized rice cake or would those spores in the bag probably be contaminated anyways? Because when i bought 7 grams of mushies i didnt see any spores at the bottom of the bag, so then would usuing the tiny bits at the bottom work either?

Spores don't fall to the bottom, and if they did, they'd be no good.

As far as which strains to pick, find a Cube that you think is pretty and grow it. The only real difference in strains is looks.

Never been there, but I've heard mixed reviews. It seems to me that it's a fairly cool place, but you just can't be as open as say, All Good, with your drug use and selling. I'll probably end up going there before too long, though.

 

I pick em in the wild, mainly liberty caps, cyans and fly agaric.

you can grow bag-spore, but the amount of culture cleaning just isnt worth it.
