So then I thought it would be easy to create something on the science of footprints because of the ba zillion foot images online and just compare them, but close ups where you can actually see the ridge patters seem to be extremely rare.
Lets see if I can find some more closeups and see if there is a pattern to these footprint patterns. For *some* reason people like posting pictures girl feet online.
Looks like there is not always a whorl on or below the big toe. We need more pictures to figure out the science of this.
Thanks. Usually I type anything into search get About 1,218,000 results (0.45 seconds) But this nothing. We are doing important research here.
i assume it's pretty much the same as fingerprints, just not on your fingers. probably not much info on it because the practical applications are far fewer.
The time limit to edit this message (2 minutes) has expired. Sorry but the pasted image the first time couldn't see the foot print and I had to go back ! Part below the toes has a pattern and not the same left and right
2 minutes two minutes ! Oh forget it the image not the same after pasting cant see the footprint so well.
well, i'm confused. looks to me like there's prints on both feet and hands. is that not the case? i'm looking at both my hands right now, and right and left are similar but not identical, if that's what you were getting at?
I don't know its still an ongoing scientific inquiry. Such as this question. Does the pattern on one foot influence the pattern on the other even if they are not identical ?
there is like zero on the science of foot prints There is making footprints Creating a brush with a hand and foot print in Photoshop • Adobe Photoshop Tutorials But thats it.
Looks like left and right almost identical mirror images. It would be easier to tell with a foot print on some paper. You got to click the image to get the full size.
Seems like sometimes the ridge pattern is almost a mirror image but here the ridge pattern beneath the big toes is very different right and left foot. Click image for full size.
