Finding A Good Family To Nanny For

I am very frustrated right now in my life. I pulled away from regular jobs to be a music teacher and nanny which I love.
Here's the issue: finding a good family to nanny for I am on care.com and several other sites strong references, clean background and E.M.T. -B certification as well as 4 years experience.
The family I did have decided to become stay at home so no longer need me. Parenting in this country is a huge mess most children are super structured without respect and basic morals. I am a easy going person I don't like boxing kids in tight time boxes but I do expect manners and respect. It seems that most of the people I babysit for have kids on complicated sleep training plans. Put every thing the baby/child does in an app or log book. It's creeping me out I want to find a normal nice family that isn't factory parenting and making me do all these plans. I'm creative and artistic I can't do this. Does anyone know how I can find a nice open minded family to work for?
