Finding a doctor for hydromorphone in FL

I live in FL around the Volusia county area and have seen some stupid people with prescriptions to the stuff and was wondering how you find a doctor who will write scripts. because if all these idiots I see around can figure it out it cant be too hard.

There's such a spotlight on the Florida pain clinics now that it's doubtful if it's as easy as it used to be, with documentaries such as "The Oxycontin Express" available on Youtube for anyone to watch.

 

Well it turns out those idiots don't like sharing information like that. But I still hear and see people getting doctors to write prescriptions. There has to be an online community or some online source that I could get a doctor that's known to writes,name.
