Except in Canada is there is protests and people speaking aloud often. Here people just kind of roll over and don't pay attention or at least act like they don't.
There are protests planned for today and tomorrow at venues all over Canada. There is also a petition on the internet and people going around to inform people that more of their rights are being stripped from them. They were trying to pass this bill quickly, so that by the time it was passed, no one would be able to object, but word leaked out and now there are people actually doing something active against it. The petition has about 4000 signatures as of right now, but it is increasing greatly.
