Ok here is my prescription list. Xanax 2 mgs. Valium 20 mgs twice daily Morphine 90mgs twice daily Zoloft 100 mgs. Oxycondone (OxyContin) 40 mgs three times daily. Alodorm 5 mgs twice daily temazepam 30mgs once before bed. My doctor is looking to replace the Valium and Morphine with fentanyl, and for the anti anxiety effects that Valium have just up my Xanax to 2.5 mgs,and he tells me that this fentanyl is MUCH heavier then morphine.I've had it once in hospital after my heart surgery and all i remember is the distortion! sounds and visual distortion!,Does this sound like a good idea?..Should i push to keep my self on my old meds?..Help would b appreciated. Peace up.
as much as i would like to be able to do that..and as offended as i was by that..ill explain this to you like a civil person.Alot of people are going to say im talkin' crap here..but hear me out..Ive had 8 open heart surgerys since the age of 3 months (i'm 15 now) And as a result a terrible amount of infections and physiological disorders.Ive gt severed chest nerves, and late last year i got and infection in the back of my skull, that pushed down on my top vertebrae, and in result crushed some neck nerves, this not only did Nerve damage, but also it did mental damage,i'm not sure why,as i remained pretty calm throughout the whole or deal,or at least i think.Anyway long story short i've been left with severe,i'm talking some pretty fucken' severe neck pains and mental anxietys and stuff. That's why so many drugs, dude. Peace up.
For pain management i would go with fent because you wouldnt have to redose as often. It really all depends on you and what helps with your pain the most without side effects. If you dont like fentanyl then im sure your doctor would have no problem switching you back. Also tell your doctor about why your hesitant about switching to fentanyl maybe he can answer some questions.
I have so much Opiate, and Benzodiazepine Substance in my body, that the actual muscle mass is so used to being under sedation (or just not used at all) that its break away into my veins, and the heart being a muscle,is doing the same thing, further complicating extreme other disorders..you think im lucky, let's switch lifes then bud.
I hardly think this person is lucky, ohh wow he gets a bunch of drugs.... im sure he would trade places with somebody who has a body that works any day. As for the switch, as other have stated talk to your doctor he will be able to explain everything best Sorry to hear about your pain dude that fucking sucks & does not sound like much fun at all, keep fighting :cheers2:
This doesn't make any sense at all. If you had increased intercranial pressure that bad you would be a mentally retarded, a vegetable, or dead. And if your nerves were really "crushed" in your cervical vertebrae, it would not have caused any mental damage at all. And pain is a message carried to the brain by NERVES, so if your nerves are destroyed you wouldn't be in this terrible pain your saying you are. If your phrenic nerve (chest nerve) was "severed" you wouldn't be able to breathe. Just sayin this becuz a lot of your posts dont make sense when you read all of them and compare them to one another. Also, you should read about some of the interactions between the drugs you mentioned lol. No one takes that many different benzo's in one day, it would just be overkill and not to mention stupid.
WTF? Muscular atrophy does not cause mucle death like that. And if it did, it would not "break away into your veins". That is a ridiculous claim my friend, if your muscles were breaking down, your blood levels of troponin would be outrageous. So are you a paraplegic? Why are your muscles atrophied? Are you strapped to a wheel chair?
And hes 15 too. Wouldn't the dosages be a little less? Why the hell would you snort 8 lines of molly which is a heavy cardiac stimulant obviously if your heart and nerve problems are so bad? But if this is really true then that does suck balls, youll have a horrible time quitting the opiates and benzos.
Note: They do not make 2.5mg doses of Xanax, unless your doctor is for some reason going to prescribe you 2mg Xanax, and a seperate prescription for 0.5mg Xanax, and tell you to take them at the same time. On topic...Fentanyl is amazing for pain relief. Sorry, doing a lot of gravedigging tonight..bored.
