Do y'all think that feminist has destroyed the dating scene? Here in NYC I don't even see men talking to women on the streets anymore trying to get there phone numbers. I always thought that was completely normal.

Feminism has never had any affect on dating. Some people got scared on thier own and came to those senseless conclusions, while others didn't worry about that shit and continued to get thier game on. Hey, even feminists need lovin!

 

Yeah that is true but I do not see guys talking to women mingling with women I. Order to get there numbers in NYC at all women just put there headphones on and try to avoid

 

Technology has totally helped me. I'm kind of shy at first but with dating sites I can just put it all out there and see what happens...kind of like going fishing. I've had more luck on the internet than I ever had in bars and such.

 

Yes, there are those, and they aren't limited to NYC. They are everywhere. Go to places to try to pic up women where they aren't going to be wearing damn head phones (Night Clubs, church, sporting events, volunteer work, etc.)

 

Or it could be you know woman go out to not just pick up and stuff. Like it's not out of the realm of realistic possibility that woman go out to be with friends for food and drink and not want to be picked up and hit on, all the time, by random people... So anyone that's not interested is a feminist.

Feminism has had a big effect on many things, and while I wouldn't go so far as to say it has "destroyed" the dating scene, it's definitely had an effect on it.

 

They may !make it a crime to cold approach women. Sorry to say the female species is very non adventorous

At least when someone takes their headphones off when you speak to them it means that they are willing to chat. LOL.
Shop assistants who have to un-wire themselves when you ask them a question really bug me.
