What is it and what is it for exactly and how and why (right before sex) does it come out?- Jason from Southern UTAH, North United States of America I am new here btw.
It's called, and this is one of the most unsexy names I've ever found so I apologize in advance, cervical mucus and is secreted from two glands called Bartholin's glands that are a little bit below the vaginal opening and it is secreted during sexual arousal. There is also more of this stuff further in towards your cervix. It serves two functions -- one is as lubrication and that is the only function of the Bartholin's glands. The second is the regulation of one's ability to be impregnated based on your menstrual cycle. Prior to ovulating this acts a barrier to prevent sperm from entering your cervix. During ovulation the consistency of the "fluids" change to allow sperm to pass through so you can get a bun in your oven.
Any type of excitement from actual physical contact like kissing, petting, etc or merely viewing arousing things or even just imagining them.
No problem. I can make myself wet basically on whim(which is to say without touching myself) by closing my eyes for a moment and thinking sexy thoughts but this may be because I am young and arguably a nympho.
there are also women who get wet randomly, withotu being turned on and women who, while very turned on, have little to no lubrication (i get either which way, generally depending on my cycle but sometimes im just dry as a bone. thank god for lube you can buy)
uke: i hate getting tickeld, it makes me want to knee whoevers doing it in the nuts when its done intentionally
Hahaha, me too. I want to attack them even if they just wiggle their fingers in a tickling motion at me without even touching me.
yeah man I had a bad experience with tickling when I was a kid involving being handcuffed to a closet rail over my head and being tickled maliciously for like a half hour. not a fan. and jia, thanks, I learned something. You know your stuff.
I didn't know what it was called, where it came from, guessed at its purpose (and was correct, apparently) or its importance. Now I know. I also know that for all my adult life (starting at 16) I have considered it the nectar of the gods coming from (as the Chinese say) the gates of heaven! Ladies, you have been tripply blessed by nature and evolution - the inheritors of everything good in taste, smell, feel and attractiveness. Any thing else is commentary.
