I heard somewhere that it takes a woman 15 minutes to become fully aroused, does anyone know if this is true or not?

Depends on the setting. Sometimes my wife is ready to go at a moments. Othertimes she wasn’t horny and was ready to go to sleep until I spooned up against her and stared running my hands around.

Arousal takes as long as it takes. She will let you know when she's warmed up.

It certainly didn't take that long for my wife to become totally aroused when she was in her teens and 20's. I think it was because she thought about sex a lot back then, so the arousal process was always ready to begin in her mind. It takes a bit more work now.

Purely depends on the guy I'm with and how bad I want him, at times I get wet within seconds and there's been times where over 30 minutes and I'm just contemplating why am I allowing this man to touch me.

Females, whether it's by genetic instinct or training (you'll always get an argument out of that), have more diverse, separate things on their minds at any one time than males do. In order for females to focus on one thing (in this case their sexuality) they have to push aside the other competing thoughts.

Some manage this relatively easily, others require complete isolation from the daily world, others require the effect of alcohol which will disrupt the routine thought processes ongoing in their minds.

This, of course, opens up a whole can of worms to chase for the males. Such is life.
