Hey Tonight i draemed that i was at a friends house with some other stoner friends and we smoked a thick joint with hash and got high. I remember sitting by a pool in his backyard (he dont even have a backyard or a pool lmao) and just dreaming away, like my spirit was flying up towards the sun and the skys. Then i woke up and felt high, for real, my body was kinda tingling and numb. I was so confused i thought i just woke up from a surgery or something (wtf lol) cause i felt so drugged out and i had a body high. What was this? lol I read about this happens to people... i smoked some days ago and got an intense weed high.
Thats pretty cool man. I don't know much, but maybe you have a sorta lucid dream (you kinda realize your dreaming in a dream and can create your own dreams while your dreaming). I always feels a bit high when I wake up from a lucid dream.
Placebo effect. It is very common to have a feeling triggerd in your sleep then dopamine is released into your brain and gives your receptors a nice buzz
