I love my eggs! (from local, free range chickens of course) Poached, friend, scrambled, etc etc. <3 But I like poached most of all. Poached and on two pieces of toast for an egg sandwhich....yummy!
Poached, scrambled or as an omelette, preferably tamagoyaki. There are a number of ways to do it. I like to add dashi, lots of ginger and some scallion. A nice savory breakfast with some rice and maybe a sausage.
