I thought this would be fun ( I love cookbooks!) ...what are your favourites? My absolute number one favourite is A Year in the Vegetarian Kitchen ...every thing is broken down seasonally...it was the best thing I accidentely found in the library... I also like the ones that Cooking Light (the magazine) puts out...they always have good, what they call, "inspired vegetarian sections.
My favorites are How it All Vegan, And garden of Vegan same authors. Everything is really easy to make, and they have ideas for parties for vegans. Vegan toothpaste, bathbombs, etc etc etc their great books.
