Deep fried brie in bread crumbs with cranberry sauce on the side. Soft goats cheese is great too, and Edam. In fact anything with no rennet in is good stuff. TTFN Sage
red leicster is pretty tasty. but good ol' traditional chedder is good too. mum keeps buying this tasty stuff that comes from cornwall. but she also got me this little bit of dorset cheese from the market after christmas all covered in black wax to kep it nice which was really strong and tasty. im nota soft cheese person, and stuff like stilton and bree are yucky to me. theres always some in the fridge though. mmmmm cheese. just had a cheese, mushroom and mayonaise sarnie.... ,mmmm

stinky bishop No seriouslly, i don't even know that cheese, it just sounds funny! I like ehm Lasèan which is a traditional slovene cow cheese, i spo'se nobody knows it. I'm not a big fan of cheese anyway.
hm.... i like feta (with pita), spiced gouda (with crackers), and matured chedder(with triscuts).I think im gonna have some feta right now.
fetas good. i love this pasta stuff we cook with cottage cheese and motzarella. the latter is great, when cold its yucky but when hot its all stringy and fun. i love mozarella!! cottage cheese is great, and ricotta, in pastay dishes hmm, theres so many cheeses.............
