I'm going to have to go with Bartholin's glands (also known as greater vestibular glands). Each woman has two of them, and they're compound alveolar glands. The human sexual experience would be far less enjoyable, for both men and women, if women didn't have them. There certainly would be far fewer than 7 billion of us on this planet now if women didn't have them. Our species may not have survived this long at all without the pleasurable coital contact that the lubrication released by these glands makes possible.
