Welcome to my favorite book thread! I've been meaning to do this for awhile! Listed within are my favorite books I have read that I would like to share with you. I don't have them all memorized because, well, sometimes I go through about 2 books a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. So this will be updated frequently when I get the chance. Feel free to make your own comments about these books. I would much like to hear your feedback on them if you've read them.

    Authors/Books

Michael Crichton Prey:about nanotechnology and the creation of these particles to be like a camera. It gets out of control and taken on the form of humans, violently.
Jurassic Park: Hell of a lot better than the movie.
Sphere: Again, better than the movie. Alien lifeform doesn't always need to be how hollywood makes it. An interesting take on that subject.

John Saul: His books have ranged from technological horror to the supernatural.
Black Lightning: First book I read by him and I've been reading him ever since.
Shadows: Falls along the "brains in the vat" theory. Slow at first but the last 100 pages or so were page turners for me. The ending gave me a severe case of the chills.
Homing: If you are a bug phobic, this one will make your skin crawl. I would have to say this one ranks among my favorites for John Saul.

Robin Cook: An author who writes thrillers about the medical field. My first was Brain and now I'm hooked because Fever was even better.
    Brain
    Fever

Star Wars: I was very hesitant on beginning reading Star Wars books but an old friend recommended that I read the first series published after the original trilogy and found me picking up a handful more. I'll get back to this later...
