Lima beans Ford hook or baby lima. Probably eat more green beans, because they grow plentiful in our garden.
Cubaces. I discovered them in Costa Rica. They are about the size of a Lima bean, but are beige to brown in color. They mix well with vegetables as a stew thickened by potatoes and other tubers. I've taken to growing them because they are not very accessible here.
