I hate it when there's this awesome NFL game and I want to talk about how awesome it was with someone but they are soured by it because of their FF picks, like Drew Brees threw one too many interceptions so all the sudden that game sucked for them. I guess people do FF to make it more enjoyable, but for me it would be less enjoyable if there was this epic, triumphant game from an objective perspective and just because one star player didn't perform as well, the game disappointed me. wtf? It seems like that's all some NFL fans care about, their stupid fantasy picks. It turns football from the ultimate team-sport into some kind of watered-down individualistic gimmick. To each his own I guess, I just wish people weren't so obsessive about their FF picks and would just appreciate stellar games for their own sake. end rant
