... lol. kind of random, but is it normal for guys to wear fancy taper stuff. Im going to be making my ears bigger once my right ear heals up going to 0 or 00g. probably 00 though, and i was thinking about getting one of these fancy tapers because the place i buy from doesnt have 00 tunnels...

i want to be able to change up what i wear sometimes... Id prefer to have a pair of tunnels and something thats not a tunnel, like a plug or taper. these taper things kind of stick out tho which is why i kinda like them. A plain plug isnt that noticible unless its huge.

ex http://www.mspiercing.com/Product/0-gauge-organic-robles-wood-spiral-taper-8898.aspx (old link didnt work they ran out of that size i guess)

or something like this (i wouldnt pay for these tho)

Sure. I know plenty of dudes that have real ornate, carved stone spirals, helixes, etc etc, or blown glass ones.

I agree with toolmaggot. I've seen many guys wearing ornate jewelry in their ears. The fun of gauging is getting to wear all the kick ass jewelry thats out there.

    Those are great.
I have stretched ears and I love spirals and stuff. They're not tapers, though.
Tapers are made specifically for stretching and aren't meant to be worn.

They have cheap plugs of all kinds spirals, tunnels, tapers, blah blah blah.
and they don't call spirals tapers, and they're cheap :)

Thanks that sites pretty cool they have some cool stuff thats not to expensive, but alot of stuff is way expensive and i have no interest in that :willy_nilly:

I did see something i would buy... but they only have it in 0g and not 00!!!!!

Yeah i actually think i am going to buy from BAF :D
They have way cooler plugs and tapers and are cheaper. Im just not going to buy any of that bone or horn or wood stuff because i know its no where near worth what they want for it. (plugs mostly)

im probably just going to get a set of plugs, a set of spirals, and tapers... ok this is annoying though they empty out my cart like every hour.

You have to make an account on there and that way you can add stuff to your 'wish list' and go back to it later when you've gone through everything. That way you can compare the things you're interested in and from there choose the ones you want to buy :)

They're pretty good. After you spend a certain amount of money on there you get a percentage off all future orders ( though you do have to spend a lot to get that :p )

uh yeah. Sometimes they have special offers. Like around Christmas time for example, on the homepage they'll say 'receive 20% off of your order with code XMAS2009'

So always check the homepage first and see whats up.

If you google it, AP magazine usually gives discounts for BAF.
They'll be like APFEB10 weird shit like that..

But yeah, I forgot that when you stretch bigger plugs get expensive, so I went buy 3/4th tunnels and I was like....aww......:/

But yess...when you have the permanent discount, you know you're boss.
Gotta spend like 200 bucks for that shit to pop off. hahah.

ok cool. i figured they would have some kind of weird deals randomly.

haha yeah. its pretty much expensive for anything thats wood or stone... theres some cheap acrylic stuff which is what im getting. I would like tunnels but theirs are expensive. I dont think it would be that hard to spend $200. Im probably going to spend like 30-40 just getting some stuff to get started in increasing my ear hole size.
