Well if its a home test you just need water and yellow food dye. Seriously ive done this many times and it worked every single time, only i cant use it now because my parents make me keep the door open =[
answer to the question above, use a squirt bottle and I was also looking for a way to make synthetic urine, it's actually pretty difficult I would just suggest buying it at a local headshop for around $30 or just using someone else's urine although I've heard you have to keep urine within a certain temp. range so it can maintain freshness

get somebody to pee for you. no chance in hell you will pass an actual screening without pee. put it in a condom or something similiar. right before you leave for the test microwave it for 10 seconds on high. then wrap it in a warmer to maintain temp. if someone is in the room with you say you can't go with them in there. it's not a probation piss test so they legally DONT HAVE to be in the room with you if you dont want. a good warmer is "hot hands" sold at walmart for 5$ in the camping section.
I had to take piss test for sports and they did'nt test for any drugs. If its just for a physical they may not test for drugs, for mine it was just a requirement to pass the physical. So i would find out weather or not they test for drugs, but if its not for a physical and it is a drug test id try either detoxing or getting a clean friends piss. But as cotton mouth said youd need to keep at certain temp to keep freshness. and urine has a distinct smell i dont think lemon juice would pass you.
If it's a good quality screening they will be able to determine if the pee is fake... The drug tests at my friends rehab could catch by wrong temperature, chemicals, etc. If you need pee for a screening your best bet is to have a friend pee for you, and when you need to use it, tape it between your legs to get it to the right heat. I know for men your supposed to keep it between your thigh and ballsack, but I'm pretty sure if you just taped it to one thigh and kind of kept your legs pressed together it would be just fine.
for a screening the bleach might not work, ive heard of it saying that the person was pos for meth, but it hasnt happened to me. but i would go with friend piss
Make sure to use a warm liquid (98 degrees or so) because they check for the temp to make sure it's your piss. I use to go with the warm water, yellow food coloring and a bit of shampoo route and it always worked for me. You can also get a friend (with clean piss) to fill a condom of piss up, then strap it to your inner thigh and surround it with hand warmers. Done that too, and it worked like a charm.
Fuck, I'm sure I'm gonna get tested for wrestling. Guess I'll just get a friends piss, I don't care enough to go out and buy a bunch of shit lol.
