What are you contributing to the spiritual evolution of this world? Or anything at all to this world, what are you giving? Or are you just wastin breath like oh say, everyone else, pigs included? What makes you so hip???
The humor of speaking in techno pig Latin is beginning to fade but I believe that the implication is that many of us are not true hippy types because we have computers and that some of us are under the authority of parents. I myself do not have a membership card or a uniform so I guess that I am not a hippy either.
if yoh is postin your stupid unproductive unspiritual bullshit here to feed your own ego, you is nowhere as well.
hippypaul, was there ever any humor in that? only one, what happens once the hippy has weathered the years and the hair falls out? oh, is my buddy no longer hip because he had chemo? what about a jail haircut? you may be old enough to have seen the summer of love, but you surely didn't get it at all. dm tailbone length hair using the computer she earned
and if this board can inspire a few kiddos to NOT be uptight yuppies, I say it's a good thing and especially subversive if the establishment-oriented parents paid for the means of transmission of the revolutionary/ evolutionary thoughts! Sometimes the trustifarians get enlightened. It is not wrong to be rich, but to be closed to ideas. Once in a while you get shown the light/ in the strangest of places if you look at it right...... if they get chemo? yea their hipness needs a little work imo, haha...im not too informed, but isnt there equally effective more holistic natural treatments available to most of the things chemo treats? that stuff is rough on the body, and the spirit too probably...
I wasn't aware that there was a requisite look for a hippie. I've encountered shorthairs that I would consider to be more hippie-like than many of the longhairs. True hippies are acceptng of others and don't make blanket judgements based on appearance. Funny- OnlyOne's quasi-cryptic judgemental spoutings have stimulated some discussion here... hair to middle of back typing on computer he earned
I'll mention that to Terrance McKenna in his next incarnation. That brain cancer cancelled out EVERYTHING else about him. oh, ya, Leary, too. Get informed. advanced stage cancer is a war. Survival is the goal at that point, and companion therapies (combinations of holistic and allopathis madicine) work best in life quality. May you never face that monster. It isn't pretty. props to Stinkfoot.
wow, that's the best you got, brother? sad pathetic ramblings and references to a newspaper editorial from 1897?
idk about terrence, but leary did not seem very healthy up into his older years. one of his meals i saw in a video of him when he was very old(looking), was bacon+eggs+buttered white toast with additives a plenty im sure. and if only 10% of cancers are from genetics, you can probably conclude his cancer was not very natural. i also remember him promoting antibiotics once when he was sick to argue that drugs are doing good things for humanity. and what do you mean about it cancelling everything else about mckenna, can you elaborate? sounds interesting..
