With my life its feast or famine..it was famine time the other night and I wanted some damn chicken.....my motto has always been improvise , adapt, overcome. mix 1 bowl flour with 2 large cups chicken broth ,add pepper ,poultry season, creole seasoning , and any other spice you like on chicken.mix to a thick dough. scoop the mix up in a spoon and pour into boiling oil letting it trail out a little bit. fry to golden brown. do it right and its at least as close to a real chicken taste as a mcnugget and you can modify this a lil to make it vegan.
2 tablespoons onion powder 2 tablespoons garlic powder 2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves 2 tablespoons dried sweet basil 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon white pepper 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon celery seed 5 tablespoons sweet paprika Combine in food processor and pulse until well-blended, or mix thoroughly in a large bowl. The recipe doubles or triples well. Give lots of it away as gifts to your family and friends.
there's a bunch of different variations of creole seasonings....this was the first one that popped up when i searched through google....
