Just been looking around the internet and people were saying that if you have that metallic taste then it is fake. Others were saying when you do have that taste it is acid... don't really know what to think lol.
I've noticed a metallic taste in my mouth after taking acid, but not really the taste of the acid itself, more of a taste I started to notice once I began tripping. Genuine LSD should not have any bitter taste to it. The hoffman blotters from a few years ago did have a bitter taste and from everything I've heard and read they are confirmed to be LSD so no idea where the taste comes from in these, maybe it's complexed with something? Basiclaly, acid should not have a bitter taste, or its probably a research chemical.
Metallic is probably ok. As long as it is not intensly bitter and does not cause numbing where it touches.
It wasn't numb at all. I live in Scotland, Glasgow and don't really know any other people that sell acid. Only things that are popular here are cocaine and ecstacy.
The main drug passed off as acid is NBOME which as mentioned would numb your mouth. There is still good acid going around Europe, and from what I hear NBOME seems a little less popular over there.
Turns out it wasn't acid it was that nbome that is being passed off as acid. Took it again and had a numb mouth probably just didn't notice it the first time. It was still a good time i had on it.
nbome is not forgiving if you push the dosage. It's not meant for heroic doses, I took too much one time and although the visuals were insane and awesome (I was effectively blind from the visuals) the body load was extreme as well and I was very worried that I would have a seizure. The tolerance on nbome is also unpredictable IME.
Yeah when i took 6 hits i felt very sick for about 10 minutes and then it went away. It was a good trip and after it finished i didn't feel any come down or anything.
The metallic taste people mention has always been more of a feeling that is metallic to me. If it has any taste it usually is bitter and I know its fake. But, I have got the metallic taste/feeling that is the same as with lsd from other chemicals upon ingestion.
