Eye Color changed drastically...what color are they?

So something weird happened. As the new year shifted my eyes changed color...not instantaneously, but maybe over about a week. It's not subtle either..its obvious. They used to be kind of hazel/brown/green and much darker.
I'm not even sure what color you would call what they are now...what do you think? Grey? Green?

Seems hazel eyes are the most prone to color changing with age (or certain illness').
I'd say they are still hazel though- but "hazel" is a pretty all encompasing term as far as eye color goes.
eye color is so oddly fascinating to me

 

They look green/brown to me. Mine are exactly that same color and combination.

 

Yeah thanks, I saw that article this morning. It's just weird because it happened so fast and they got so much lighter. *shrugs*

If you guys want to hear something weird (even though I most likely wont be believed) my eye color changes fairly drastically every day and night. Normally, my eyes are hazel, with a few places where a deep forest green can be seen where the hazel patchwork is thin.
Whenever I first wake up though, my eyes are green.
I used to sleep in school a lot, and people mentioned it sometimes. I never noticed until a couple weeks ago, when I woke up late for work and rushed into the bathroom to fix my teeth and tidy up my hair, and saw my eyes.

 

They are pretty color

My brother has green eyes, but sometimes when he goes to the beach his eyes turn blue. My eyes are boring and they are always the same color.

 

Seems hazel to me too. very pretty!

I have blue eyes. Though they sometimes look green or grey depending on what I wear.

 

Your eyes look a whole lot like my eyes, it's kinda freaky.

My dad's eyes are green and my mom's are hazel, so it does make sense though.

 

I have Hazel eyes as well and they do the whole freaking changing color too. Not as dramatic as yours...but the get more green, or greyish yellow in the sun.

 

I've never noticed it before.. Seems kinda cool though, I never thought I'd want to be caucasian.

Green! My eyes used to be hazel and now they're mostly green, too!

 

hazel, my eyes do that when I change clothes...

 

i've got hazel eyes as well, they are green surrounding the pupil, and blue for the outter layer around the green, i also have a red mark on my forehead inbetween my eyes that gets darker as i get more pissed off or upset.

 

they look very pretty. they are a combination of every color, i would call them greyzel, ha!

mine change colour all the time, but it's normal it just depends on the lighting
