Someone was recently fascinated by the fact that I had worked as a background extra in Hollywood. The pay sucked and the work was long and very boring. Anyone else ever try it ?
When they made the original Night of the Living Dead movie, they shot it on location in some rural part of Pennsylvania, and they used the people who lived in the town as the extras to play the zombies!! True story! -Jeffrey
My brother was in "Vendetta", it was shot mostly in my town. He played an altar boy in the funeral procession scene. He had about 2 seconds of screen time, but it was cool anyway. He met and chatted with Christopher Walken.
Very cool but no I have never been an extra. When I was in France I did accidently walk behind a commerical being shot.
