excellent 24 hr detox!

    hey guys, thought i should share this fantastic body detox with you all!
    My uncle used to do it one day every week! All you do is eat only watermelon for 24 hours! Start from having it for dinner then you eat it breaky and lunch, then eat food again for dinner, so you dont get hungry!

    It makes you feel like a new person every time.
    Its also great cos its mostly water but with fibre and its so refreshing, cleanses out your system and tastes good too! watermelon also cools down your body temperature, for me it kinda does the opposite of coffee which i find heats up my body temp and opens your pores, which lets in toxins and dirt and of course dehydrates you.

    So I strongly recommend you try this!!
    (oh and I would also recommend not smoking drugs in this period :p)

    Sounds refreshing. Yes I have read about watermelon being cooling, soothing, and cleansing. Watermelon isn't in season over here this time of year, but I would be interested in trying this during the summer. :)
