Okay, so for those of you who don't know what poutine is, I have come to your rescue! Poutine is a The Canadian invented food of the Gods! This how you make it:

    Ingredients:

    *French fries
*Gravy (Brown gravy is my favorite)
    *Shredded cheese (Mozzerella)

    Cooking Directions:

*Cook your french fries however method you wish, whether it's deep fried or baked in the oven.
*Spred mozzerella cheese over the cooked fries.
*Poor hot gravy over the fries and cheese.

***Optional: add salt and/or pepper to taste.
And voila you have your poutine! ENJOY

Make sure to post on this thread and tell me what you think!

okay, hold the phone... in what universe does one make poutine with SHREDDED CHEESE!?!?!?!? it's supposed to be CHEESE CURDS!!!! just so we're clear... and yes, brown gravy is indeed the best... homefries is also a great way instead of packaged fries...the kind with the skin...
