I am a dual citizen of the u.s./germany but don't plan on moving back to Germany any time soon and this country seems like it's becoming a new country and changing what the core values the u.s. started with. Viewing the canadian immigration website it seems like they are welcoming to internationals wishing to emigrate. They seem more accepting to certain groups and seems to be comparable to the u.s. without extreme culture shock for u.s. nationals.
