I know, the only ones I could find were pretty expensive though. I really wanted to go to The Who concert in Philly but it sold out really fast
go to the underground stuff around here in Philly....it's f r e e or atleast a hell of a lot cheaper!
Yeah, usually I just go to stuff in coffeeshops for like $5, but once in a while it's good to see a big name, where you can sing along to all the songs
LOL, So my wife an I said CSN&Y...we just saw CSN in Hershey a couple years ago...it was in 1987! That's almost 20 years! We figured we have to go no matter what the cost cuz in another 20 years we'll all probably be dead! Cost $16.50 in '87. ...and I don't want to make anyone cry we've seen LZ, etc. for around $7.50 each.
yeah thats what im lookin for. I was lookin at this reggea fest comin up but again the tickets are kinda expensive. well bumble if you hear of any cool ones let me know.
What about the Philly Folk festival? Again, tickets are pricey, but you can camp out and hear good music for three days. Original folk, and fun folkie hippies. Can't beat that.
Lots of free, or nearly free, fun stuff in Pittsburgh too if you have access to Greyhound. Plus I'd love to show people around the city!
Its a little pricey but the experience is well worth it. The festival itself goes from thursday to monday, with volunteers like me getting in a day or two or more early. ANd they ARE still taking volunteers
