helloooooo... i need a job. I have inquired into working for Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth, (along with all the normal high-street jobs!) and i ideally want one based in London but i need some ideas or help to find them, something other than GP or FOTE, and how do i apply? bearing in mind, this isn't volunteer work i'm looking for i need MOOOOOONEY!!!! any ideas would be great!! fankoooooooo love Jaz
Well I don't know much, but try sending a letter of interest to the places you want to work first. Their HR dept will probably send you a letter back telling you what's the best way of going about it... I know the FOE quite well and they have many admin type paid jobs. I don;t have any contacts down South though just in Leeds. Good Luck Jaz
Aren't greenpeace connected to some seriously fucked up political shit? What i'm saying is are they as clean and good as they'd like you to believe? I can't remember the details but they're connected to some far right party or something....don't wanna put a dampener on your career move or anything...just pointing it out

Dude the best quick snap type jobs to get for companies like that are (they arent much fun to do but) Highstreet people... you know the people who stop you and try and get you to put money into green peace etc. I think thats a payed job. Did you go round to bars etc and see if they needed an in house musitian? im sure theres loads of places that need one. Also i know how much you like the body shop so try working there, theres a few larger stores in london. Also look at small holistic type shops. You dont really want a career full time job if your seriosuly thinking of taking tankus big time, because you will need a LOT of free time for publicity, getting gigs and rehursals.
