THIS thread will not be deleted because it is not (yet) in violation of forum guidelines. Bitching about bans is a violation of the forum rules, and such threads are subject to deletion. People who repeatedly do it can be banned themselves. You agreed to these guidelines when you registered. If you don't like them, go somewhere else. Juggalo was originally banned (for 30 days) for suggesting that another member should be "hunted down and anally raped by multiple people", a clear violation of the prohibition against personal attacks/flames, as well as arguably an incitement of illegal activity/hate speech which could conceivably make the forum owners legally liable if some nutjob actually DID rape anybody on here. When he attempted to evade the temporary ban by registering new accounts, the ban was made permanent. If he would have just cooled his shit for a month, he could have come back. But he had to be an asshole about it, so now his ban is permanent. People who encourage him might be next....

There are ways to prevent that, or at least make it annoyingly difficult for him. Nonetheless, you AGREED to them as a condition of registration. The fact that you didn't read them is YOUR OWN FAULT, not the fault of the site.

I doubt juggs will get unbanned though... After bogs did, every one might think they can just do the same and come back, so of course someone must be made an example of... Unfortunately for juggs, it looks like he's the one... He probably would have been better off just waiting the 30 days, or not being so obvious with his new accounts at least....
I am back and it will never be difficult to do so. If anyone really takes what i said seriously they are complete fucking idiot. I know why i was banned and it's not what i said cause me and others have said far worse. The only thing you've done by banning me is giving me no reason to fallow any rules whenever I come back and I'll keep coming back cause it's so easy even if you ban my IP it would only take me a few more minutes.
