I found this just yesterday. Its a blog within what they call the Hebraic Roots Movement. I'd be interested in others take on this.

I'm not a Christian myself, but I respect all religions.

"At the same time, all people accept some sort of authority." - as yet, not me, and reading it, i have to ask the question... do we really need yet another dogmatic, patriarchal, fragmenting, alternative religious element in spiritual affairs?

i met a couple Essene women this summer , and enjoyed a couple
very nice afternoons with them . they seemed peaceful and happy ,
milked goats , made cheese . there were others who lived at their
farm and altogether made a small Essene community . i noted two
of the women's spiritual interests -

    a one-world language ;
    and healing with love .

and also relaxing at the waterfall .

But does the creator, or God, reside the memory, of history for the wealth of such a community, in indeterminism or the determined of our own personal memories temporality for that spiritualist lesson?

Kant would ask; does He, God I guess, offer a memory for the past independently of the personal memory? We assume He does, and conclude that authority exists by Him. But I also mean, does that external reflection exist outside of our individual internal knowledge?

I'd say it does, although God may not be directly involved. There is something like a collective memory; also there may well be a kind of ancestral memory.
It exists beyond the personal knowledge or being of any individual. Its relation to the individual is something like that of one computer to the internet.

    Hope that makes sense.

So you're claiming that the collective memory (in Hegel, mind you) needs nothing integrating individuals of the community into the mankind motive of remembering for recollection of the Past. Reflection is totally fixed by the transition from Self to God in the questioning of Truth. WE recollect because we were forced to do so as reference to the pure Calling of the word. The word is called for by the state and secularist society: to be understood by rote, and thereby authoritatively upon the lesson for the heart.:)

But for your "collective" memory we need an archetype of higher Being for the justification that we didn't make this up that Love is greater than Sex for it's appearance of the unperceived and perhaps never to be perceived.

    ???
i'll think both the justification and the naming an archetype
is stylistic , touched by the creator .

were I to say to you 'old crow told me such and such and
now I tell you' - I will promise to you it'd be exactly true .

but here I mentioned old crow . although crow actually did
speak , old crow is the name I give and I am justified to do
that because indeed I heard a crow speak like a man curiously
and interestingly so and in an ancient way of language .

shh ... will old crow come to you in a dream ? this I might
ask the child who liked to hear this , my good-night story .

I don't know. I hope in any case that I am aware of it being a dream, and that I can tell the real perceived world confidently next morning.

blessing to that . sometimes in the morning is the scent
of flowers tho it is winter . this is not at all like seeing
a morning cup of coffee that exists before it is never to
be made because it really is only a flower pot that awaits
to hold the first daffodil that surely shall arrive in time .
