A lot depends on how excited I am...sometimes I don't last and stay hard for more than 5-6 minutes. When I really want to cum hard, I usually stay hard for about 20 minutes. It helps to take a break and then start again without cumming and then go another 20-30 minutes. The only time I take something like a prescription pill is when I want to go all night...it helps. Doctors give them out pretty easy. I've never tried a pump or anything...don't know if those really do any good or not. I would imagine it would be pretty dramatic to use a pump if you don't know your partner very well.

A lot of times diet can play a big role for me...don't know if it's common or not. But if I eat a heavy meal or drink a lot of caffeine, it's not as good.
