Yesterday marijuana went up to a class B Are we the only country that is getting stricter, while others seem to be becoming a bit more lenient on the laws on marijuana? Also i have heard that in Holland it is becoming illegal in June 2009 but i havent found anything on this. is it becomign illegal there?
