Yeah, I have none. What's your best tip for getting some energy in your body? It can't be caffeine, I already use that.
Regular exercise and eating healthy does it for me. The more active I am the more energy I have. Sometimes you just have to force yourself to get up and move
Boost with eggs, almonds, yogurt, apples, honey, sweet potato, bananas and water. They will all help.
Enough sleep but not too much. Eating healthy. Exercise gives you MORE energy... annnd... I chew up (quite a few) Natrol brand "EnerG" (cranTangerine) tablets every day... they have caffeine and L-taurine, ginseng, ginger, amla extract, piper nigrum extract, guarana, vit C and B vitamins (amongst some other things), esp B 12 (8333%)... they give me a lot of mental focus too not just physical energy
And yes to all of them! I wanna comment on apples particularly though... I give my son apples all the time and noticed over n over that when I would eat an apple w him.. all the sudden I'd have more energy then if I had coffee and its always a really NICE, CLEAN energy. Totally diff than anything else.. Ive since heard apples have something specific to apples that give you energy.
That always backfires though. don't ever start an adventure on a four beer buzz without bringing more beer or you will get halfway into your adventure and realize all you want to do is sleep
