emparing your judgement would be completely harmless IF no one ever had to drive an automobile, opperate heavy machinery, or make decisions that affect the lives of others.

now some people actualy manage to not have to drive a car. i happen to be one of them. and a LOT of people don't seem to have the slightest idea, other then a car, what "heavy machinery" is. but everyone, whether they realize it or not, whether they are awaire of doing so or not, DOES make decisions that affect the lives of others.

Many people have impaired judgment without the assistance of drugs or alcohol.

Impairing your judgement would be harmless, providing you don't have to make any decisions period in that duration.

Yes but what benefit is there to allowing them to flourish and pose a continuing peril to the population as a whole? I say we should lock them together in a small room well stocked with sharp objects.
