This is somewhat embarassing, so please don't make fun! I keep having dreams about having sex...or getting raped. In my dreams, when I have sex I wake up really happy...and when I get raped, I wake up really pissed. But either way, I always wake up exhausted. How do I get rid of these dreams? They're driving me crazy and making it hard to concentrate in school!
Hmmm.....I can understand wanting to be rid of dreams about being raped, but not the other sexual dreams. You need to process these dreams. What do they mean to you? When you no longer need to be told what the dream is telling you, you won't have it any more.
