like some of the video comments said.. elephants are clearly very intelligent and aware animals, but i think they were trained to do this. and most likely by force. still cool paintings, though.
this cant be real, dazedgypsy cmon man ya gota admit no matter if these elephants were trained or not, this is truly amazing. I have never seen anything this amazing, actually. That elephant can draw 10000x better than me, and i went to every art class in highschool
i dont know about these elephants in particular but i can assure you that they dont have to be forced to do it because on the animal planet program it was just one lady that showed this baby elephant how to paint and the elephant liked it so much that he would just go at it on his own,, the lady was harmless and it was a wild elephant btw... also elephants dont easily do things they dont want to, they can be very aggressive with people, one example is when they have seen other elephants get poached they sometimes kill people for a kind of revenge
Im watchin this thing about elephants and hippos contracting year old Anthrax.. Anthrax spores can stay in the soil for years til an animal grazes and contracts it.. really sad stuff to see all these dead bloated hippos..
