Idk what you look like right now but your not gonna transform your body into something complete different in just a few months. But, what you need to do is exercise and eat healthy. And be consistent with it. Maybe get a personal trainer.
yeah i know im just lazy.. lol and i dont think i can afford a personal trainer.. i hear they're like 700+ for like 12 sessions.. .. im like aw man.. lol
700 for 12 sessions? do you live in fucking Dubai or something? If no personal trainer than just google good workouts to do. Or ask other people at the gym what works for them
I agree that she has a pretty amazing body... But you have to keep in mind your bone structure, etc... so what the last person said. Be happy with your own image. If you're wanting to look good in your own skin and maybe shed some pounds, tone up, etc, then running is a good place to start. I lost 20 pounds in a matter of 3 months by running and counting my calories. 20 pounds is all I really needed to lose, I do know that the more you need to lose, the quicker it comes off if you are consistent. Add in some strength training and you're good to go! Google arm exercises to get those amazing toned arms! Also, focus on your core!!! Google some things.
