been eating this one a lot lately note that i do not measure or plan much, sorry - but this is hard to screw up cook 4 oz macaroni or pasta or rice mash a clove of garlic into 1 cup of pre-cooked beans - pinto, fava, lima, whatever - when they're ready, add some salt, lemon juice, olive oil [tahini if you've got it] dump over the pasta/rice top with veg - i like spicy mixed pickles, roasted peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, whatever's handy if you're not vegan, you can throw an egg [fried? poached?] on top face mecca and dig in!
