Researchers at Northwestern Medicine have concluded that eggs are bad for you again, so limit your consumption until they're good for you again. https://www.usnews.com/news/health-...-a-week-increases-risk-of-heart-disease-death
Lol I usually just pay attention to the way food makes my body feel. And i've never felt bad after eating eggs so i'll keep eating them
All in the name of education if I remember correctly he was only trying to teach Mr. Officer Barbrady how to read.
Just Put Away 3 Boiled Eggs Smeared With Vegemite......No I'll Effects So Far.....(touch wood)...... Cheers Glen.
Eggs were bad for you in the late eighties and I think still in the early nineties if memory serves. My parents were stalking a product called "Egg Beaters" which are still around if I'm not mistaken. I'm pretty sure they are supposed to be a healthy egg substitute. I ate many an Egg Beater growing up...
I think the older you get you will see there is always a new study about something being good or bad for you. I don't eat a lot of eggs but at times of the year I really crave them. I certainly am not eating 280 per year though, so one of you must be eating the ones I am not eating. The article I read about this study said they only asked about diet once in the 17 year study. Who eats the same diet every day for 17 years? I remember all the times they warned us off coffee. I drink it for the caffeine and never liked decaf, so never stopped drinking coffee. Coffee has had all kinds of studies from it is bad to some health benefits. You could get whiplash with all the studies. Butter and margarine is another one. I never stopped butter. I am not a drinker but it seems the news is always talking about wine (or alcohol) being good, then bad, then healthy, then no amount is OK. One thing is certain. When you are born... someday you will die. Sometimes I think the quality of your life is more important than the length. I am 68. I don't really want to live to be 100 (or even close). Just my two cents.
