I have a real good recipe for eggdrop soup, but I was trying to find a way to make those crispy noodles usually served with it in Chinese restaurants. Does anyone know how these are made or where they can be found? Thanks!

Take some wonton wrappers and cut them into strips. Fry in a few inches of hot oil until golden. Dry on kitchen towel.

All you need is a good broth, a few eggs, some Parmesan cheese, and a good (or nasty) cold! I am not joking. This was the panacea to soothe all the pain and discomfort of influenza.
