most ecstasy contains MDMA (true 'ecstasy') and Methamphetamine (crystal meth). Speed is d-Amphetamine, yet another substance, but you can find that in some pills as well.

So it's quite common to take a pill that has multiple amphetamine-based products in it.

It's bad for you in the way that all hard drugs are, but no, you'll be ok off half a pill. What's more important is you don't do X often.

If you plan on taking full tabs soon I would stick to pure.

I actually just turned down taking a considerable amount off a guy tonight because I ran a chemical test kit on it and found it had meth in it. I tend to not care for the feel of speedy rolls, certainly not when compared to pure mdma but I also don't like to mess around with meth for health reasons.

In all honesty, ingesting the small amount in a roll (or in your case half a roll) is nothing like as dangerous as smoking or obviously shooting meth but it's still such an ugly chemical I try to stay clear.

Sadly now it looks like I'm heading out of town this weekend with nothing for the trip but I just don't dig speed.
