easy to start?

hey all. i am usually outside grower, but i was thinking of starting a few indoors this winter. my question is, how hard would it be to get a grow going. I mean to grow some nice plants ,would i have to convert my whole room to a grow room, lol? or would it be sufficient to just use my closet? i live with my parents, but they are pretty cool and they dont go scooping all in my room, they know i smoke and even that i do my little outside thing and all. i jus want to make my closet into a little grow shack, but dont want to have to change, rearrange, or do anything major ya know, like putting black on all the windows lol. does this seem possible in my situation? would the room completely stink when flowering? or could i confine smell to the closet?? could i somehow make the closet into a vegging and flowering room so buds are constantly available, ya know? just a thought, thanks alot

PS - i was wandering how grow rooms in houses get busted? the only options i see are
1. so many plants that smell seeps thru and neighbors smell, call cops
2. blacked out windows would give it away, but thats for whole rooms with plants, not just a closet like i want
3. grower tells someone who tells someone who tells cops, etc
4. electricty bill?? (if only small grow i dont see how)
5. house gets raided for other reason and they are found

i guess i mean, if i live with parents, dont sell drugs, arent growing 1000 plants, dont tell anyone at all, how else would a room get busted or discovered? what do indoor growers do that get their house raided? hope that makes sens

 

Most grows get shut down because people gotta brag too their friends, or piss of their girl and she gives them up as some form of super-bitch revenge. Tell no one, loose lips sink ships.

You don't have to worry about electricity, the general rule of thumb is 1000 wts per bedroom, you'll never even come close to reaching that.

You're closet will be fine, hell my whole grow is done in a 2ft x 4ft x 7ft closet. I can fit 8 flowering plants in there, it'll be more than enough room. I usually pull 6-8 zips per harvest, depending on the strain.

You're gonna need ventilation, it's gonna have to be light proof, and some form of odor control (carbon scubber) or during late flowering, your entire house will reek like herbal. Some strains are low odor, something to keep in mind. Also, some nice nutes are gonna be a good thing to add. I use pure blend pro (both veg and bloom) with cal-mag and liquid karma.

I could write a 20 pages paper on what you could do in that closet, but I'm tryin' to go twist up this dutch so I'm just gonna tell you to go to borders and buy a book on the subject. I like the cannabis grow bible, personally.

DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE ASKED YOUR PARENTS AND THEY SAY THAT IT'S OK, IF YOU GET CAUGHT THEY WILL LOSE CUSTODY OF YOU, THEIR JOBS, AND THEIR HOUSE.





And if you only listen to one thing I say, make it this: TELL NO ONE. You can trust two people with knowing about this grow: your mom and pops. Not your brother, sister, girl, best friend, invisible friend, NO ONE BESIDES THOSE TWO. If someone doesnt rat you out, theyll rob you.

It's gonna be easy for you to slip and brag about it, just think how easy it's gonna be for those who have nothing to lose if you get busted...
