easy summer dessert... or breakfast for that matter...

pile some vanilla ice cream in a bowl... top with freshly picked strawberries (washed and destemmed... obviously)....mmm..

my aunt said she ate this for breakfast the other morning because my uncle doesn't know when to stop and they have enough strawberries planted to feed quite a few people.... sounds like an excellent breakfast...

 

mmm.. sounds num. perfect for the hot summer. I gotta hit up the farmers market.
